Saudi millionaire acquitted of raping 18-year-old after claiming clumsiness led to accidental penetration

In what can only be classified as one of the most unbelievable defenses of all time, a Saudi millionaire has been acquitted of raping an 18-year-old woman in England after he claimed he accidentally penetrated her.

For those readers who are unsure how such an accident can occur, Ehsan Abdulaziz claimed he just so happened to be walking with his erect penis poking out of his underwear when he tripped and fell onto the sofa where the woman was sleeping. His DNA and semen were found inside of her; he claims the semen was already on his hand from having sex with the woman’s 24-year-old friend earlier in the evening.

The women met Abdulaziz when they were invited to the Saudi man’s table at an exclusive West End club. After just 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury apparently bought his tale of clumsiness, clearing him of one count of rape in the Southwark Crown Court. Judge Martin Griffiths reportedly allowed Abdulaziz to give some evidence in private.
