FDA’s nanny state expanding to regulate e-cigarettes, while still ignoring issues that have been plaguing Americans for decades

FDA

The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) wants you to believe that by regulating the electronic cigarette industry, they are concerned about your health. Let’s have a collective belly laugh, shall we? Back in 2010, according to a report from KXAN, “a federal appeals court threw out the agency’s plan to treat e-cigarettes as drug delivery devices, rather than tobacco products.” Now, six years later, Big Daddy government returns to say he’s concerned about nicotine vapor. But you mustn’t worry, he can  keep you safe by slapping on new labels and restrictions. Gee, too bad Big Daddy doesn’t feel the same about vaccinations and GMOS. Details from KXAN.com:

“The changes will limit e-cigarette sales to minors and require new health warnings. In a shift vigorously opposed by the industry, manufacturers must seek federal permission to continue marketing all e-cigarettes launched since 2007, making up the vast majority of the market.

“Most companies will have to submit premarket applications that will undergo review to assess their impact on the ‘public health.’ Those that don’t submit the required information or don’t meet federal standards would have their products removed from the market.”

Did Big Tobacco put the squeeze on it’s competition? Almost like the full court press that Big Pharma is pushing against natural therapies?

What is much more disconcerting the e-cigerettes regulation is the continued, Agenda 21 based, strong arm tatic by the FDA to remove health supplements from the marketplace, as reported by Mike Adams, The Health Ranger:

“Following the confirmation of new FDA head Robert Califf, I have been told by people in the legal field with close ties to FDA staffers that the FDA is planning to ramp up a wave of inspections and crackdowns targeting natural product companies… This sweeping crackdown assault, I’ve been told, will be invoked under the Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), which was aggressively pushed into law following a series of highly suspicious outbreaks of E.coli and salmonella in food products in 2010…

“The FSMA essentially requires all nutritional supplement, herbal formula and superfood companies to adhere to many of the same quality control procedures as multi billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies.”

In their quest to keep you sick and kill you, the FDA is also raising its ugly head against the healing and restorative powers of cannabinoid oil

As reported by Natural News:

“While the Food and Drug Administration, Congress and state legislatures fumble around with what to do about cannibidiol, or CBD – a bioactive cannabinoid found in cannabis which, unlike THC, does not produce a psychoactive effect – they should read a little history on the substance.

“If they did, they’d know what millions know now and have known throughout recorded time: CBD has a rich history of providing a wide range of health benefits, including the promotion of bone growth, lowering blood sugar and protecting the brain from ravenous degenerative processes.”

The FDA thinks those e-cigarettes are more dangerous than the ingredients in vaccinations, though they’ve admitted a link between autism and vaccines

What is worse: Nicotine vapor or a vaccination filled with mercury and aluminum? The Health Ranger reports:

“I’ve just posted a new video detailing the discovery of a vaccine document on the FDA’s own website that openly admits vaccines are linked to autism.

“This document, an insert sheet for the Tripedia vaccine, openly admits to the vaccine being linked to ‘idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS, anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy, hypotonia, neuropathy, somnolence and apnea.'”

Robert Califf, the new head of the FDA is Big Pharma’s man. The war for clean food and natural supplements is on. Choose your side.
